Directions

  1. 1

    Brew the Coffee

Place the coarsely ground dark roast coffee in a Vietnamese drip filter (phin) or a French press. Pour 150 ml of hot water over the coffee grounds and allow it to brew for about 4-5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Glass

While the coffee is brewing, add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to a glass.

  3. 3

    Combine and Chill

Once the coffee has finished brewing, slowly pour it over the sweetened condensed milk in the glass. Stir well to combine.

  4. 4

    Serve

Add ice cubes to the glass and stir again. Your Vietnamese iced coffee is ready to be enjoyed!
