Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinating the Chicken

In a bowl, mix the yellow curry paste and coconut milk. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are well coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grilling the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let it rest.

  3. 3

    Preparing Dumplings and Rolls

Steam the pork dumplings according to package instructions. Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken spring roll until golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Cooking Crab Rangoon

Deep fry the crab rangoon in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, usually about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Plating

Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it on a platter. Add the steamed pork dumplings, fried chicken roll, and crab rangoon. Garnish with chopped green onions and lime wedges.
