    Prepare the Vegetables

    Wash and chop the broccoli, carrots, onion, and zucchini. Set aside.

    Heat the Pan

    In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

    Stir Fry the Vegetables

    Add the sliced onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they become translucent. Then, add the carrots and zucchini, and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.

    Add Broccoli

    Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until all vegetables are tender but still crisp.

    Add Sauce

    Pour in your choice of sauce (curry, garlic, or oyster) and stir well to coat the vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes.

    Serve

    Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your Nheu Phat with rice or noodles!
