Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add the chopped onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they start to become translucent. Then, add the green bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and zucchini. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.

  4. 4

    Add Sauce

Choose your preferred sauce (curry, sweet & sour, garlic, or oyster sauce) and pour it over the stir-fried vegetables. Stir well to coat all the vegetables evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your vegetarian plate!
