Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Noodles

Cook the lo mein or rice noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and cook for 2 minutes until translucent. Then add the carrots, broccoli, cabbage, and zucchini. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  3. 3

    Add the Noodles and Sauce

Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Pour in 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors and heat through.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your Phat See Eiu!
