Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and slice all the vegetables: green and red bell peppers, carrot, zucchini, and onion. Dice the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start becoming translucent.

  3. 3

    Add Bell Peppers and Carrots

Add the green and red bell peppers along with the julienned carrot. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the peppers are slightly tender.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Zucchini and Pineapple

Add the sliced zucchini and diced pineapple to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still crisp.

  5. 5

    Add Sauce and Finish

Pour in 1/4 cup of semi-sweet oyster sauce, stirring well to coat all the vegetables. Cook for 2 more minutes to heat through and combine flavors.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your Saam Ka-Sat as a side dish or over rice.
