    Prepare the Vegetables

    Wash and chop the onion, carrots, bok choy, and green bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat the Oil

    In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame seed oil over medium-high heat.

    Sauté Aromatics

    Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

    Add the onions, carrots, and green bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

    Stir in the bok choy and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until all vegetables are tender.

    Add the oyster sauce, lemon pepper zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat all the vegetables.
