Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tofu

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.

  2. 2

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the sliced green bell pepper, julienned carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. 3

    Cook the Tofu

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the cubed tofu. Let it brown slightly on all sides for about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine and Sauce

Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce over the tofu and vegetables, stirring well to combine. Add the crushed red pepper flakes for heat and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Finish with Basil

Remove from heat and gently fold in the Thai basil leaves until just wilted.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
