Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a large wine glass or a spritzer glass by filling it with ice water. Set it aside for a few minutes while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Aperol
In a separate mixing glass or cocktail shaker, pour 3 oz of Aperol.

Add Sparkling Wine
Carefully add 6 oz of sparkling wine to the mixing glass with the Aperol. Stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles.

Add Orange Bitters
Add 2 dashes of orange bitters into the mixture to enhance the flavor profile.

Discard the ice water from the chilled glass and fill it with fresh ice cubes.

Strain the Aperol and sparkling wine mixture into the prepared glass over the ice cubes.
