Mixing the Drinks
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka and Irish cream liqueur. Add a handful of ice and shake well until chilled.

Assemble the Mudolide
In a serving glass, add the espresso ice cream. Slowly pour the mixed vodka and Irish cream over the ice cream, allowing it to float on top.

Top the Drink
Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the top of the ice cream. Add a few coffee beans for an extra touch of flavor and aroma.
