Prepare the Mixing Glass
Fill a mixing glass with ice to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients
In the chilled mixing glass, pour in 2 oz of Koval Bottled in Bond Rye Whiskey, 0.5 oz of Simple Syrup, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.
