Collect all the ingredients: bourbon, coffee liqueur, cocktail bitters, and espresso ice cream.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, coffee liqueur, and cocktail bitters.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
