Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, combine the grass-fed ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. If adding cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the burger buns lightly. On each bottom bun, layer a cooked patty, lettuce, a slice of tomato, pickles (if using), and condiments like ketchup and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prep the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

  2. 6

    Toss with Oil and Seasoning

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
