Brûlée the Bananas
Start by peeling the bananas and cutting them in half lengthwise. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the brown sugar and stir until combined. Place the cut-side of the bananas down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until caramelized and golden brown. Flip the bananas and cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Scoop the Ice Cream
In a serving dish or banana split boat, place one scoop each of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream side by side.

Add the Brûlée Bananas
Carefully place the caramelized bananas on top of the ice cream scoops.

Top with Whipped Cream and Toppings
Generously dollop whipped cream over the ice cream and bananas. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top, sprinkle with chopped nuts, and place a maraschino cherry on each scoop.
