Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cheeses
Slice the Brie cheese into wedges, cut the aged cheddar into cubes, and crumble the Gorgonzola cheese. Arrange them on a cheese board.

Prepare the Charcuterie
Thinly slice the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo. Fold them elegantly and place them alongside the cheese on the board.
- 3
Prepare Accompaniments
Place the honey fig jam in a small bowl and set it on the cheese board. Wash and slice the fresh seasonal fruit (such as grapes, berries, or apple slices) and arrange them around the cheese and charcuterie.
- 4
Toast the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick pieces. Toast them in an oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
