Fish Tacos Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Make the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and chopped cilantro. Add a squeeze of lime juice and mix well.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Lime Crema

In a small bowl, mix sour cream with a little lime juice and salt to taste. Adjust flavors as needed.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or stovetop. Flake the grilled fish into pieces and place on the tortillas. Top with cabbage slaw, lime crema, and any optional toppings.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the fish tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side.
