Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place your choice of cheese (American, Swiss, or Cheddar) on top of the patties and cover to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the cheese is melting, lightly toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cheesy patty, tomato slice, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve
