Buffalo Wings Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Fry the Wings

Carefully add the wings in batches to the hot oil. Fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them from oil and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, mix in the buffalo sauce until well combined.

  5. 5

    Toss Wings in Sauce

In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the buffalo sauce until they are evenly coated.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
