Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Slow Cook the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs in a slow cooker. Pour the BBQ sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Finish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the slow cooker and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with additional BBQ sauce and your choice of coleslaw.
