Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates with cooking oil.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

Place the beef patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add BBQ Sauce

In the last minute of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce over the patties and let it caramelize slightly.

  5. 5

    Toast the Buns

Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

Place the grilled patties on the bottom half of the buns. Top with onion rings and additional BBQ sauce if desired. Cover with the top half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the BBQ burgers immediately while hot.
