Steak and Coating

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, mix olive oil and soy sauce. Brush the mixture onto the steak and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Pan

Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Coat the Steak

Remove the steak from the marinade and coat it with the finely chopped peanuts, pressing gently to ensure they adhere.

  5. 5

    Cook the Steak

Place the coated steak in the hot pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  6. 6

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
