Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

Rinse the shrimp clusters under cold water and set aside.

  2. 2

Mince the garlic cloves and set aside. Cut the lemon into wedges for serving.

  2. 5

Fry Popcorn Shrimp or Clam Strips (if chosen)

In a separate skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn shrimp or clam strips and fry until golden brown, about 2-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Serve

Once the shrimp are done steaming, remove them from the pot. Arrange the shrimp clusters on a serving platter along with the fried popcorn shrimp or clam strips. Drizzle the garlic butter over the shrimp and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
