Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Fill a chilled glass with ice if desired, or serve straight up in a cocktail glass.
