Crabs and Shrimp Preparation

Clean the Crabs
Rinse the hardshell crabs under cold running water. Use a brush to scrub the shells to remove any debris.

Prepare the Shrimp
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on for presentation. Rinse under cold water.

Season the Crabs and Shrimp
In a large bowl, mix the Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the crabs and shrimp, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Cook the Crabs and Shrimp
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the marinated crabs and shrimp. Boil for about 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and the crabs are bright red. Remove from pot and drain.

Cook the Wings
Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned wings on the grill or a baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and fully cooked.
