Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on a grill basket or directly on the grill. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving the Dish

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are done, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables on a plate.

  2. 8

    Garnish (Optional)

You can garnish the dish with lemon wedges or fresh herbs like parsley for added flavor.
