Method
Preparing the Grilled Chicken
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Preparing the Caesar Salad
- 3
Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce under cold water. Dry using a salad spinner or by patting with paper towels. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
- 4
Assemble the Salad
Add the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl of lettuce. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to combine until the salad is evenly coated.
Serving
- 5
Combine and Serve
Slice the grilled chicken into strips and place it on top of the prepared Caesar salad. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
