Ribs

Method

Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. 2

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. 3

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours.

  4. 4

After baking, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush barbecue sauce on both sides of the ribs.

  5. 5

Grill the ribs on medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until the sauce is caramelized.

Steak Skewers

  1. 6

    Prepare the Steak Skewers

While the ribs are baking, cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes.

  2. 7

Chop the bell peppers and onion into 1-inch pieces.

  3. 8

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the steak cubes and vegetables, and toss to coat.

  4. 9

Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto skewers.

  5. 10

Grill the skewers over medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

Steamed Shrimp

  1. 11

    Prepare the Steamed Shrimp

Fill a pot with about an inch of water and add Old Bay seasoning. Place a steamer basket over the pot.

  2. 12

Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, add the shrimp to the steamer basket and cover.

  3. 13

Steam the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes until they are pink and opaque.

  4. 14

Serve with lemon slices on the side.
