Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours.

After baking, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush barbecue sauce on both sides of the ribs.

Grill the ribs on medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until the sauce is caramelized.

Prepare the Steamed Shrimp
Fill a pot with about an inch of water and add Old Bay seasoning. Place a steamer basket over the pot.

Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, add the shrimp to the steamer basket and cover.

Steam the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes until they are pink and opaque.

Serve with lemon slices on the side.
