Method

Soup or Salad Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

  2. 2

    Dress the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Main Entrée Preparation

  1. 3

    Season the Steak

Generously season both sides of the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper.

  2. 4

    Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved.

  3. 5

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Seafood Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook the Snow Crab Legs

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add snow crab legs and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Serve with melted butter.

  2. 7

    Prepare Alaskan King Crab

Steam the Alaskan King crab legs for about 10 minutes until heated through. Serve with lemon wedges.

  3. 8

    Heat the Crab Cake

Pan-fry the crab cake in a skillet with a little olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.

Shellfish Preparation

  1. 9

    Serve Raw Oysters

Place raw oysters on a bed of ice and serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

  2. 10

    Steam the Clams

In a pot, add clams and a cup of water. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes until clams open. Discard any that do not open.

  3. 11

    Prepare Fried Clam Strips

Fry clam strips in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

  4. 12

    Steam Shrimp

Place shrimp in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam for about 5-7 minutes until pink and opaque.
