Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, mix together baking powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the wings in this mixture until evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined.
- 5
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are thoroughly coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing
- 6
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Mix the Dressing
Using a fork, mash the blue cheese slightly and mix all the ingredients until well combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 8
Chill Before Serving
Refrigerate the blue cheese dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
