Prepare the Topping

Chop the Tomatoes
Dice the ripe tomatoes into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Basil
Finely chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Season the Mixture
Mince the garlic cloves and add to the bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Drizzle Balsamic Glaze
Add the balsamic glaze to the mixture and stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Prepare the Bread

Slice the Bread
Slice the baguette or Italian bread into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Toast the Bread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush one side with olive oil. Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Assemble the Bruschetta

Top the Toasted Bread
Remove the toasted bread from the oven and let it cool slightly. Spoon the tomato and basil mixture onto the oiled side of each slice.

Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve immediately for the best taste.
