2. Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring that it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
3. Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a stovetop grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat and lightly brush with vegetable oil.
4. Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is nicely charred.
