Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glass

Start by rimming your glass with salt. To do this, take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of the glass to moisten it. Then, dip the rim into a small plate of salt to coat it evenly.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 120 ml of sake, 30 ml of fresh lime juice, 15 ml of agave syrup, and 30 ml of orange liqueur. Add a cup of ice cubes to the shaker.

  3. 3

    Shake the Mixture

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. You can use a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smooth pour.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Garnish your Sake Margarita with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
