Prepare the Olive and Artichoke Mix
In a bowl, combine the chopped olives, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Assemble the Muffaletta
Slice the focaccia loaf in half horizontally. Layer the bottom half with sliced ham, mortadella, salami, and provolone cheese. Spread the olive and artichoke mix evenly over the cheese.

Finish the Sandwich
Place the top half of the focaccia on the sandwich and press down gently. Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap or foil and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve with Tomato Basil Soup
Slice the muffaletta into portions and serve with a cup of warm tomato basil soup.
