Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and half of the Parmesan cheese.

2

Coat the Chicken

Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure a good coating.

3

Bake the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, top each breast with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

4

Cook the Pasta

While the chicken is baking, cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5

Make the Romano Cream Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and Romano cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is warm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6

Serve

Place the cooked linguine on plates, top with the baked chicken, and drizzle with Romano cream sauce. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
