Lobster Tail Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down the middle to expose the meat.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

Add Lobster to the Baking Dish

Place the lobster tails in a baking dish, flesh side up. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.

  4. 4

    Bake the Lobster Tails

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with additional lemon wedges and the remaining garlic butter.
