Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Rub

In a small bowl, combine kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well to create a spice rub.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

Pat the aged Angus beef ribs dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil over the ribs, then generously apply the spice rub all over the meat, ensuring it is evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) for low and slow cooking.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.

  5. 5

    Add BBQ Sauce

After 3 hours, remove the ribs from the oven. Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs, then return them to the oven uncovered for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

  6. 6

    Rest and Serve

Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
