Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tail

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise down the middle, being careful not to cut into the meat. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.

  3. 3

    Bake the Lobster

Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the lobster tail from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges and melted butter on the side.
