Dough Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the olive oil and the yeast mixture.

Mix until a dough forms. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.

Let Dough Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Melt Butter
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Whisk in the all-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until lightly golden.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangular shape on a floured surface.

Spread the Romano cheese sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough.

Sprinkle the grated Romano cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Drizzle with olive oil.
