Chicken Strips Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the chicken breasts into strips of even size for uniform cooking.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, whisk the eggs in the second bowl, and combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the third bowl.
- 3
Coat the Chicken Strips
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip it into the whisked eggs, letting any excess drip off, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure they stick well.
- 4
Arrange and Drizzle
Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the strips to help them crisp up during baking.
- 5
Bake the Chicken Strips
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.

Once the chicken strips are done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce on the side.
