Prepare the Pasta
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Veal
Season the veal cutlets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Dredge the Veal
Dip each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess. Then, dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Cook the Veal
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the breaded veal cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Dish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spread a layer of homemade tomato sauce, place the cooked veal cutlets on top, and then cover with more tomato sauce. Sprinkle provolone cheese over the top.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve
Serve the Veal Parmesan over the cooked pasta and garnish with fresh basil.
