Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

  2. 2

    Make the Blush Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the marinara sauce and heavy cream. Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the jumbo lump crabmeat to the blush sauce and gently fold it in. Place the cooked chicken breasts back into the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Sprinkle provolone cheese over each chicken breast.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Cover the skillet and cook on low heat until the cheese has melted, about 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with your choice of side.
