Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Imperial
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, and half of the bread crumbs. Mix gently to combine.
- 2
Prepare the Flounder
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay the flounder fillets on a clean surface and season them with salt and black pepper.
- 3
Stuff the Flounder
Spoon the crab mixture onto the center of each flounder fillet. Carefully fold the fillets over the stuffing and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- 4
Top with Bread Crumbs and Butter
In a small bowl, mix the remaining bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the stuffed flounder.
- 5
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the flounder is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, garnish with lemon slices, and serve hot.
