Prepare the Steak
Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the Steak
Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Sauté the Mushrooms
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Add sliced portabella mushrooms and cook until tender.

Combine Ingredients
Add the roasted red peppers and jumbo lump crab meat to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and warm through.

Plate the Dish
Slice the rested steaks and place on plates. Top with the mushroom, pepper, and crab mixture.

Finish with Sauce
Drizzle the demi-glaze sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
