Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Add sliced portabella mushrooms and cook until tender.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the roasted red peppers and jumbo lump crab meat to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and warm through.

  5. 5

    Plate the Dish

Slice the rested steaks and place on plates. Top with the mushroom, pepper, and crab mixture.

  6. 6

    Finish with Sauce

Drizzle the demi-glaze sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
