Clean the Clams
Rinse the fresh clams under cold water to remove any sand or debris.

Choose Your Sauce
Select one of the sauce options: marinara, fra diavlo, or white sauce.
Cooking

Sauté the Clams
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Clams and Wine
Add the cleaned clams to the skillet, followed by the white wine. Cover the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the clams open.

Add Sauce
Once the clams are opened, add your choice of sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
