Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Mixed Vegetables
Add the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.

Incorporate Spinach
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine with Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with marinara or scampi sauce. Toss everything together to combine and heat through.

Serve the pasta primavera hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
