Prepare the Shrimp
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove them from the pot and plunge them into an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact.

Serve
Arrange the cooked jumbo shrimp on a serving platter. Serve with cocktail sauce in a small bowl and garnish with lemon wedges.
