1. Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by chopping the kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers into small pieces. Set them aside.

2. Assemble the Rollups

Take a slice of prosciutto and lay it flat on a cutting board. Place a fresh mozzarella ball in the center, then add a small amount of chopped kalamata olives, capers, artichokes, and roasted red peppers on top of the mozzarella.
