Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the pan, and let it reduce for about 3-5 minutes.
- 4
Combine and Serve
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the top, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
