Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Spinach

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken

In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine with Tomato Sauce

Slice the cooked chicken breasts and return to the skillet. Pour the tomato sauce over the chicken and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a serving plate, place a portion of cooked pasta. Top with the chicken and tomato sauce mixture. Add a layer of sautéed spinach and sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.

  6. 6

    Melt the Cheese

Place the assembled dish under a broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your Chicken Breasts Florentine!
