Shrimp baked in a Dijon butter sauce with garlic and breadcrumbs

Preheat the Oven

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in Dijon mustard and mix well.

Prepare the Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, salt, black pepper, and half of the Dijon butter sauce. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.

Combine Ingredients

Transfer the shrimp mixture to a baking dish. Pour the remaining Dijon butter sauce over the shrimp and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.

Add Breadcrumbs

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Bake

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
